Suggested Use
Steep 1tsp-1tbsp of herbs in 1 cup of hot water for 5-10 min. Strain and enjoy.
 
This blend can also be used in a bath, for your feet or your whole body, or a face steam. Add 1tsp-1tbsp to your tea bag. Steep in hot water for 10 min, and add to your bath water.
