Sake-Rose Facial Toner

Another one of my top-rated creations, this toner is a shameless continuation of my rose obsession. It tones with the powers of sake and witch hazel, has just enough vegetable glycerin to soften skin, and a light addition of skin-enhancing essential oils finishing out the mix.
