We do not accept returns
REFUNDS
REFUNDS
We want to keep our customers satisfied and will work with you on solving any problem that arises. That may or may not include a refund. In certain situations, a refund will be administered, such as:
-Accidental charge by the customer - a refund needs to be requested within 24 hours of the mistake
-Accidental charges by the sales representative
-Product that has been sold past the expiration date
-An event cancelled by the teacher
In other situations, a refund will not be administered, such as:
-Customer breaks or damages a product after purchase
-Event participants cancel within 72 hours of event (exceptions can be made for extenuating circumstances. please contact us for further information)
EXCEPTIONS
The following items/situations can returned/refunded/exchanged:
•Gift Cards can be refunded to the original buyer within 60 days of purchase
•We will consider an exchange if a mistake happens while checking out.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
- A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all exchanges
- If a purchase was accidentally made, you must contact us within 20 minutes of the purchase and we will exchange the product for the correct item, or refund you

All shipping costs are determined by weight of the order, through USPS.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are dispatched the Wednesday following your purchase. Occasionally, they will be dispatched sooner, but no later. *Unless otherwised announced
DELIVERY ADDRESSES & P.O. BOXES
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
We do ship to P.O. boxes
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
While we do ship internationally, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with trackinginformation. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
