This is a high quality, homemade and hand-pressed Shiitake mushroom double extract. I don't cut any corners on making this the best extract on the market. This is a highly concentrated and potent final product of a detailed double extraction process that requires consecutive ethanol and hot water treatments to release and capture the maximum amount of beneficial chemical constituents. When the secondary extraction is complete, we strain and press by hand, creating a beautiful, rich, and very medicinal result. 

Shiitake mushrooms need no introduction. They have been used in traditional Asian cuisine and medicine modalities for centuries. Studies have shown that even the most boastful of health claims are not unfounded. Many believe that the beta-glucans and polysaccharides are immunostimulatory, based on the hormetic principle. There are no known contraindications, and very few, if any, recorded negative effects from taking even very high doses of Shiitake mushroom extract. 

These mushrooms were grown organically by a small local seller that we're very familiar with. This is a very potent and high-quality tincture, and we are happy to be able to offer it at a very affordable price!

The mushrooms were all grown organically and sustainably and only the best material was selected to be tinctured. Always kept far from harmful chemicals, toxins, and BPA.
