This flower essence is made from homegrown Hopi Tobacco (Nicotiana rustica) flowers placed into a crystal bowl of spring water during the day and hour of Mars. Tobacco has long been associated with the yang/masculine archetypes. Tobacco connects us with our masculinity, helps us to become more decisive, brings confidence in dealing with aggressive situations, and feel more grounded in the here and now. As a plant that is traditionally associated with Mars, it helps us to connect with our inner warrior, giving us the confidence to say no and willingness to fight for our truth. The wise warrior does not waste their time with petty disputes but conserve their power for the true battle, the mastery of Self.

Flower essences are vibrational energetic medicines and contain infinitesimally small quantities of plant molecules, just like a homeopathic remedy. Either taken under the tongue, added to a beverage, placed upon the body, or added to the bath. Mars is all about the number 5 as its place on the Tree of Life. Be that 5 drops once a day or 5 drops 5 times a day. Taking 5, 10, or 15 days in a row. Whatever feels right for you, but keep that pattern of 5 in mind. Tuesdays during the Mars hours are especially powerful times to work with this remedy.
