Tincture: Uva Ursi

Everyone should have Uva Ursi in their home first aid kit. It is very astringent making it useful for a variety of skin issues. It has been traditionally used to help with itchy bug bites, stings, rashes, poison oak, poison ivy, and as a vulnerary for speeding up the recovery process and gently disinfecting wounds. Its most well-known traditional use is for urinary tract infections taken internally 2-3 droppers, 2-3x daily until symptoms are alleviated (usually 3-5 days).

Ingredients Uva Ursi (Arctostaphylos uva ursi), Organic Cane Alcohol, Water

Directions

Externally apply to the affected area as needed

Internally 2-3 droppers, 2-3x daily for no more than 7 days at a time
